Returns and Exchanges
Contact Lavinia at hello@laviniaerghelan.com to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original state.

Exception: I do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations: I accept cancellations within 1 day of placing the order. Email me with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order."

Order Changes: I accept change requests within 1 day of placing the order. Email your request to hello@laviniaerghelan.com

Shipping Information
Tracking: I will send you an email with a tracking number immediately after shipping your order.

Customs/Import Taxes: Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are not controlled by me and are the purchaser's responsibility.
