Horizon is a commissioned work created for a private client. Its story is about the long lasting bond between a mother and her daughter. It speaks about the paths life takes us on: sometimes running parallel, sometimes drifting apart, and sometimes finding their way back together. At its core, the piece is about faith — in love, in time, and in the invisible thread that always brings us home.

The textured layers of plaster and soft transitions of color evoke both distance and connection, like horizons that separate and unite at the same time.
