What materials are your pieces made from?
The objects are handcrafted from paper mâché (recycled newspapers combined with a water-based glue). The result is a lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly product.
How can I customize my order?
Lamps and objects are hand-painted with natural, powder pigments (zero health/environmental risk). I can match any RAL/NCS color. Cable color/size can be adjusted for lamps. For a new model or major size change, please contact me via the contact form.
Is a lightbulb included?
No, lightbulbs are generally not included (unless specified). For safety and optimal performance, please use LED bulbs only (max 10W).
What is the production time?
Typically 2 weeks, as each piece is lovingly handcrafted and dried. For multiple items, I will contact you to arrange the delivery date.
How do I care for my lamp / object?
Clean regularly with a dry brush or a vacuum cleaner on the lowest setting. Do not wet the object.
When will I get my order?
PROCESSING TIME: 2–3 weeks for standard items (handmade, made to order). Processing time for bespoke orders will be communicated via email after purchase.

Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number immediately after dispatch. Customs/Taxes: Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the purchaser's responsibility.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Contact me at hello@laviniaerghelan.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back within 30 days in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping costs and any loss in value. Exception: Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized orders.
I accept cancellations and change requests made within 1 day of placing the order. Please email me immediately with your order number.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
As all pieces are individually handcrafted, small variations in texture and shape are a natural result of the artistic process. This means your piece is truly one-of-a-kind and unique to you.
Is the paper mâché durable?
Yes. Despite being lightweight, the final hardened paper mâché provides excellent durability and rigidity. Each piece is sealed with a protective layer, ensuring longevity and resistance to humidity (but please avoid direct contact with water).
